Mobile & SMS opt-in data — our commitment: We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent to any third party or affiliate, for any purpose — and never for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and consent are used solely to deliver the SavvyAI text messages you signed up for. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own use.

What we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide SavvyAI: your mobile number, the business details and client notes you choose to store, and basic usage data.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to operate SavvyAI for you — sending the text messages you opted into (daily brief, reminders, sales notifications) and powering the in-app assistant. Client information you store is used only to provide SavvyAI's features to you. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Service providers (data processors)

To operate SavvyAI we rely on infrastructure providers strictly as data processors acting on our behalf and under contract. They may use your information only to provide the service to us, may not use it for their own purposes, and are not permitted to share or sell it. This processor relationship is not a sale or sharing of your data, and mobile opt-in/consent information is never provided to any third party or affiliate.
