Mobile & SMS opt-in data — our commitment: We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent to any third party or affiliate, for any purpose — and never for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and consent are used solely to deliver the SavvyAI text messages you signed up for. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own use.

SavvyAI runs two text programs, both operated by Efficient Support Services LLC and both governed by this page: Program 1 — stylists (independent hairstylists who hold a SavvyAI account and opted in inside the app), and Program 2 — guests (a stylist's own salon guests who opted in by name, on the stylist's opt-in page, to receive appointment confirmations and reminders from the stylist's Pixie). Neither program sends marketing.

Program 1 — stylists (SavvyAI account holders)

What we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide SavvyAI: your mobile number, the business details and client notes you choose to store, and basic usage data.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to operate SavvyAI for you — sending the text messages you opted into (daily brief, reminders, sales notifications) and powering the in-app assistant. Client information you store is used only to provide SavvyAI's features to you. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Service providers (data processors)

To operate SavvyAI we rely on infrastructure providers strictly as data processors acting on our behalf and under contract. They may use your information only to provide the service to us, may not use it for their own purposes, and are not permitted to share or sell it. This processor relationship is not a sale or sharing of your data, and mobile opt-in/consent information is never provided to any third party or affiliate.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information — and specifically your mobile number and SMS consent — with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, or for their own purposes of any kind.

Program 2 — guests of a stylist

SavvyAI (“Pixie”), operated by Efficient Support Services LLC, for guests of your stylist.

What we collect

If you choose to receive texts, we collect the mobile number you give us, the date and time you gave consent, and the exact wording you agreed to. We also keep the messages you exchange with Pixie about your appointment, so your stylist can answer you.

How we use it

Only to send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to your own messages, and to keep a record that you asked for them. We do not use your number for marketing, and we do not send you promotions.

Who we share it with

We share your number with our messaging carrier solely to deliver these messages to you. Otherwise: we do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Stopping, and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. You can also email us at support@sageaiadmin.com and we will remove your number.

Your choices & rights (both programs)

Your data is yours — you can export it or ask us to delete it at any time.
You can stop text messages anytime by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
