SavvyAI SMS Terms & Conditions

SavvyAI runs two text programs, both operated by Efficient Support Services LLC and both governed by this page: Program 1 — stylists (independent hairstylists who hold a SavvyAI account and opted in inside the app), and Program 2 — guests (a stylist's own salon guests who opted in by name, on the stylist's opt-in page, to receive appointment confirmations and reminders from the stylist's Pixie). Neither program sends marketing.

Program 1 — stylists (SavvyAI account holders)

Program description

The SavvyAI SMS program sends recurring business text messages to independent hairstylists who are SavvyAI account holders. Messages include a daily morning schedule brief, appointment and rebooking reminders, and end-of-day sales summaries. Subscribers can also reply to log a payment, ask about a client, or request help.

How you opt in (direct, program-specific consent)

You give consent directly to Efficient Support Services LLC for this SavvyAI SMS program. Inside the SavvyAI app you enter your mobile number and check a dedicated SMS consent box. This consent is specific to this SMS program and is not bundled into any other agreement, and is not a condition of any purchase. This is exactly what you agree to at opt-in:

Message frequency

Message frequency varies — typically one daily brief plus occasional reminders and notifications.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent and received; check your plan for details.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at support@sageaiadmin.com.

Privacy — no sharing of mobile data

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in/consent with any third party or affiliate for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and consent are used solely to operate the SavvyAI service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Program 2 — guests of a stylist

Program: SavvyAI guest confirmations and reminders, operated by Efficient Support Services LLC.

What the program is

SavvyAI (“Pixie”) is the assistant used by your stylist. If you opt in, Pixie texts you about your own appointments — confirmations, reminders, a message your stylist wrote, and replies to messages you send. It is not a marketing program and you will not receive promotions.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies — messages are tied to your appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and getting help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages. Reply HELP for help. Support: support@sageaiadmin.com.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Your data

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any service. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

How a guest opts in

On the stylist's opt-in page, by ticking an unchecked, optional checkbox next to this disclosure, with the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms linked beside it. Leaving the box unchecked completes the flow and sends nothing. This is exactly what a guest agrees to:
